There are many great apps and resources available that allow you to listen to sermons and inspirational messages daily. Anytime I need to refocus and redirect my thoughts, I listen to something inspiring. Every morning I watch a sermon or listen to a podcast from one of my favorite pastors. Here are some pastors, speakers and authors I recommend following and learning from. What goes in, must come out. Success requires mental & emotional strength. Strength comes from consistent activity, much like physical strength & exercising. Our productivity is a result of what we are choosing to feed ourselves (physically and mentally), what we are exposing ourselves to and who we are allowing to speak into our lives on a daily basis. Just as it takes daily consistency to earn your strength, it also requires that same consistency to maintain your strength.

Praying over Anxiety & Healing
"Gracious heavenly father, Your Word tells me that I am blessed when I put my trust in You. This trust keeps me from fear and worry when difficulties come. Your Word also says I will not be anxious in a year f drought. Trust is a powerful weapon against worry and anxiety. Strengthen my trust in you Lord. Increase my capacity to trust. Remind me of your presence in such a way that joy fills my heart. About this particular pain/symptom/concern, I pray you will do one of these three things. One- please remove the pain/symptom/concern entirely and quickly. Two- please give me insight to what it truly is. If it is minor, help me to treat it myself. Three- give me the courage to seek medical help to diagnose my symptoms quickly. Please lead me to the best doctors, and give them Your wisdom, and help them to find what is wrong. Affirmations
Our mind can be a dangerous place if we are not careful. As women we tend to be hard on ourselves and become our own worst critic. There is a real enemy that exists that is always attacking our mind. This enemy doesn't want you to live the life that God has called you to live. His goal is to sabotage your thoughts and get in your head- filling your mind with negative thoughts, limiting thoughts, fear thoughts... anything he can use to derail you from your goal and your purpose. This attack strategy is incredibly dangerous because it is not always easy to detect.. The best armor we have available to us to protect ourselves, is by renewing our mind DAILY. We do this by seeking God each day, reading HIS word, HIS promises and HIS truth over our life. I personally find it beneficial to meditate on these things in the form of affirmations as well. Reading encouraging words of God's TRUTH and the life I am creating for my family. I have put together some affirmations below that can get you started. You will also want to put together affirmations of your own that include the goals you are achieving. It works best to right out your affirmations as if they have already occured, for example "I AM financially free" or "I AM driving a free Mary Kay car". Write it as if you are already living it, and experience the way it feels... Visualize it.
I have been created to leave a mark on this generation. God’s words ignite seeds of increase in my life. His favor propels me forward and causes an acceleration that takes me where I could not have gone on my own. It doesn’t matter my situation or what the circumstances are. Lord you not only provide for me what I need, you also do exceedingly above and beyond.
When we are seeking you first and honoring you Lord, I know all it takes is one touch of your favor and everything can suddenly change.Things just fall into place. You are lining everything up. What I could not do on my own, you cause me to accomplish. It is happening bigger than I thought. It is happening quicker than I imagined, and it is more rewarding than I ever dreamed possible.
Thank you Lord for being FOR me. You open doors for me, even doors that may not have opened in the past. People who may have not supported me are suddenly supportive. Thank you for releasing floods of your goodness into my life that thrust me beyond barriers of the past into the extraordinary life you designed me to live!

He is using my circumstances and obstacles to thrust me further faster! I don’t need everyone to help me, I only need the divine connections of the people He has already selected and ordained to be in my life and my Unit. His finished work on the cross assures me of forgiveness, healing, peace, provision, protection, and acceptance of God. No attack, threats, lies, or accusations can steal these away from me - not now or in the future. I declare that in Christ I am above the influences of the enemy!

I can do whatever God wants me to do! Because the Spirit of Christ is in me, I am filled with the same power that raised Jesus from the dead and am empowered to do the greater works He promised. Thank you Lord for qualifying me. You cause me to have influence and credibility. When I seek you above all else, You allow me to reap from vineyards I didn’t even have to plant. You are the one who moves me up. You accelerate my dreams and my goals. You give me things and bless me in ways I don’t even deserve. You accelerate me into a new position I could never have earned on my own. You do exceedingly, abundantly above and beyond. Thank you for allowing me to see the surpassing greatness of your favor Lord! I know that by honoring you, seeking you out, and operating out of excellence and integrity, that YOU take me beyond my training, beyond my education, beyond my income and beyond where anyone in my family has ever gone before! God’s favor goes beyond my expectations and puts me into overflow. Nothing can stop His flood of blessings in my life. He is taking me to a level I have never been before.
